Wellbeing garden
EcoGrow Sunny Bank began in spring 2023.
Since then we have made tremendous progress with the hands of many aiding work in the community garden at Sunny Bank Allotments, Sutton Coldfield. A wellness garden is a place just to be and wind down. A green space for therapeutic horticulture, somewhere to sit beside the pond, grow plants and meet others. In future months we will be growing food for Brum!, medicinal plants, and plants for crafts such as those that give natural dyes. We will watch and listen to animals, enjoy the herb spiral, create nature inspired art and light a fire to boil water for herbal infusions.
If you would like to join us we will meet most Saturday mornings during term time.
